Posts set in concrete, boards specified by grade. Permitted and inspected where local code requires.

Engineered for grade and load. Drainage integrated at the base before backfill begins.

Graded, sloped, and camera-inspected. The outlet location is confirmed before any trench is opened.

Drawn to local code, footing depth specified, ledger attachment inspected. Decking species selected for the site's exposure.

Surface prep included. Primer coats specified by substrate. Color confirmed in writing before first application.

Tied to the foundation waterproofing plan. Slope and outlet verified before backfill is placed.

Pressure-washed, caulked, and primed before paint is applied. No shortcuts on the prep stage.

Every French drain is graded on paper before the trench opens. Every deck ledger is drawn to local code before lumber is ordered. We don't guess at slope or footing depth — we specify it, then confirm it on site.
